Had a dizzy spell this morning and fell. Needed stitches. Had to go to the hospital anyhow as my husband had to go in for his cancer treatment. Got to A & E and was told not too long a wait. Time was 9:30 a.m. Within a half hour, the nurse came out for me. She was just so kind and calming. Her name is Flora . She told me she was working 8am - 8:30pm today. I had all the tests, bandaged up and told to see my own Dr next week. I was out by 11:30 a.m. I don't know where they get their energy and grace from !! All those long hours yet so welcoming. Went to the Macmillan Centre to see my husband. The nurses asked after me. This hospital should get top marks for efficiency, staff and excellence in service. I'm so glad this hospital is the closest to us.
Fantastic staff. Highly recommended. Erm, you know what I mean.
