Popped in for some lunch and tried the local Venison. Absolutely fantastic, the sauce complimented the meat very well and the portion size was just right. Highly recommended!

A wonderfully located hotel to meet our means, provided exceptional support by providing breakfasts for 8 allowing us to travel to the Scottish Open golf and miss little golf on our recent visit. Would recommend this great hotel to anyone travelling either north or south. Finally the standard of food was second to none. Looking forward staying again next year.Well done.
Lovely lunch in a delightful beer garden. Food was delicious and the staff were very attentive without being at all intrusive. Would definitely recommend.

Decent bar good food worth a visit
We had some light food/snacks in the bar, which was tasty. The staff were all attentive and friendly, although it was quiet during our visit.
