Very nice B&B with friendly host in a lovely village.

Even though we only had one night at the B&B in August 2017, we were warmly welcomed, the accommodation was excellent, the convenience of the location, and a great breakfast as well !!! Thank you Kenny we really appreciated our time there. [Australia]

Lovely, understanding owner. Well appointed rooms, with flat screen TV, on suite, toiletries and a great breakfast. Located in the town. We parked the car in the adjacent car park £2 a day, but plenty of street parking nearby. Good location for exploring the area.

Cracking stay

This pretty courtyard cottage provided a great holiday base. The cottage is tastefully furnished with a homely wood burner. Good sized rooms easily fitting 5 adults in. Although the dining table only seats 3, the owner has plans to extend the kitchen, so this may change. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating. Easy access to Edinburgh although about an hour's drive away. Also not too far from mountain biking mecca of Glentress. The owner was also willing to store bikes in the old coach house. The cottage is surrounded by lovely countryside with river walks nearby. I didn't hear any road noise despite being a couple of minutes drive from the main road.
